Where are you located?
ThePartyArtist is a remote traveling paint and sip party service that partners with local venues to hold paint and sip party events.

What is our Cancellation Policy?
All registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Store credit will be given to individuals who cancel with at least 24-hours’ notice. Individuals who do not show or provide 24-hours’ notice will not receive store credit. Store credit can be used to book a future event.
To cancel, please email us at contact@the-party-artist.com with your order confirmation number and your request to cancel. Cancellations must be made by the registered individual or party.

What if the event is by cancelled by ThePartyArtist?
If the event you booked is cancelled due to unforeseen events or dangerous weather conditions, all registered attendees will receive a notification by email and will be given the option to accept a refund (which has a $10 processing fee) or a store credit to book a future event.

Do I need to pay in advance or can I just walk in?
Please sign up and pay in advance. Seats and supplies will be limited based on registration. We cannot guarantee that there will be enough seats or supplies available for walk-ins.

Is there an age restriction? Can my child paint?
At this time, most of our events are predominantly an “adult” activity. Please refer to the description for your particular event for details on age restrictions.

Are food and beverages allowed?
Please DO NOT bring food or beverages to the event. Food and beverages will be available for purchase through the venue that ThePartyArtist LLC has partnered with. Please see your event ticket for details, as some special events might have complementary food and beverages included at no additional cost.

What should I wear?
We use acrylic based paints, which can stain fabric, but it will not stain your skin, hair, or nails. We will provide aprons to help protect your garments, but accidents can happen. So please dress comfortably, and maybe forgo wearing your favorite outfit. We are not responsible for stained/damaged garments.

What does the fee cover?
ThePartyArtist LLC will provide all the necessary supplies to complete the featured painting for each event. These supplies include the canvas, paint brushes, acrylic paint, paint pallets, mugs of water for paint brushes, easels for your canvas, aprons, and a talented art instructor. Can I sit with my friends?
Yes you can! Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and select your seats to ensure that you all can sit together. For large groups, please provide a detailed note listing all the members of your party so that we can arrange your seats in advance.
